noisy air conditioning faulty thermostat
The air conditioning was much too strong. it was also noisy, even after i turned it off it kept running! it made it hard to sleep because the room was too cold and loud. i tried adjusting the thermostat but it didn't help. The system seemed to have a mind of its own. That was really annoying

Central Location and Excellent Service
convenient location diverse dining really good staff
I found the location convenient. The bus A11 from the airport stops right at the front door (a great convenience after a long flight). Many restaurants are nearby offering diverse dining options. The staff members, including Mr Francis, Mr Cuttino, Ms. Rose, and Ms. Candy, were really good.
The room I had was quite small. Suitcases barely fit, and moving around the room was a bit challenging due to the limited space (something to keep in mind when packing).

The staff provided really good support and hospitality, with prompt responses to requests and genuine care , made a significant positive impact .

My room included adequate WiFi services, coffee and tea provisions, and housekeeping was efficient. The rooms feature clean environments, though compact, but are well kept daily through dedicated housekeeping services.

The hotel has nearby MTR access and bus stops, providing easy access to the city. I noticed a garden area which includes workout machines for fitness activities as well (a pleasant addition for travelers).

friendly staff blackout shades easy access small room low ceiling noisy aircon
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the blackout shades excellent for blocking city light at night (I could sleep very well!). The location is great with easy access to metro and buses.
The room was quite small. It wasn't enough space for two people. The ceiling was also very low. It was sometimes difficult to sleep at night because of the noise the air conditioning made.

the location is rather convenient. i found it very easy to access different parts of the area. the staff were friendly, it.
the room it was very small. there wasn't much space for luggage. also, i noticed dust in some areas of the room, it was a concern.
